Here are some of the 25 marketing tools I use as part of my Proven Marketing Plan to get you home SOLD! 

1.  Your Home listed in 2 MLS services!

The most Powerful tool known for selling homes... the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) gives your home the exposure it needs so that every Realtor out there knows your home is for sale.  Because most realtors are members of only one of the two major MLS services available, the only way to gaurantee that your home is seen by every Realtor out there is to be listed in both of them.  The combined exposure is over 36,000 Realtors giving your home twice the exposure as the average listing!  

Your Benefit:  Double Exposure = More Buyers = Higher SOLD Price 

 

2.  Thousands of Internet website links!                   

Over 90% percent of all home buyers will use the internet as their main source of browsing homes for sale.  Your home will be linked on 1000's of sites that are all linked to 10 Major websites including Realtor.com, MLSNI.com, Homefinder.com , remaxni.com and more.  In addition, your home can be found from every major internet search engine out there!  Every one of my listings are featured as a "Showcase Home" with additional photos, virtual tour and an enhanced remarks section separating your home from the average listing out there prompting the buyer to click on yours first!

Todays serious buyer is demands and expects convenience on the web when the are shopping for a new home.  The best way to appeal to these buyers is to offer them a convenient way to take a tour of your home on their computer screen in the comforts of their own home.  The truth is, often times buyers won't even look at a listing unless it offers virtual tour so I'll make sure you have it!      

 

4.  Three Local Press Ads

For the other buyers out there who are not searching for homes on the internet.. they'll find your home listed in at least 3 local papers giving your home absolute maximum exposure!          

 

5.  200 "Just Listed" Post Cards

The three best salespeople for your home are 1. You the owner, 2. Me your agent, and 3. Your neighbors.  Why? Because your neighbors are already sold on your neighborhood and they may know of a freind or family member looking to move buy there.  I'll make sure that at least 200 of your neighbors know that your home is for sale by 1st calling them and then sending them a "Just Listed" postcard in the mail.      

 

6.  Professional Feature Sheets

Often times a buyer may see 15 homes in one day and it is sometimes possible that at the end of day they may not remember everything that your home has to offer.  The only way to be sure that they remember your home is to make sure that they have a copy of your home's Professional Feature Sheets so that they can refresh their memory.  The feature sheets I prepare and leave in your home for the buyers to take with them are full color, magazine quality and detailed to the max!  They include interior photos, special features and more, leaving the buyer with a lasting impression!

 

7.  Your home advertised on the RADIO 24 hours a day with....
